Genta Jahiu is a Teaching Assistant of Psychology courses at the Faculty of Education, University of Pristina “Hasan Prishtina” in Kosovo. She is a Ph.D. candidate for Teacher Education and Educational Sciences, at the Faculty of Education, at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. Her research interests focus on improving preschool and primary education through increased inclusion, as well as teacher motivation, job satisfaction and professional development. She is also a licensed Clinical Psychologist currently pursuing specialization in this field.
