Requirements for receiving a visa to attend the 2nd International Academic Conference on Teaching and Education Conference in Sweden
In order to be receive a visa you need to:
- have a passport that is valid for at least 3 months after the visa has expired, was issued in the last 10 years and has at least 2 empty pages
- describe the objective of your visit
- an invitation letter from the company organizing the conference
- money to support yourself and for the return trip (Sweden requires 450 SEK for each day of stay)
- an individual medical travel insurance that covers all costs (cover costs of at least 30,000 EUR and valid for all Schengen countries)
- confirm your intention to leave Sweden and the Schengen area before the visa expiry
- a photograph in passport format taken not older than six months
- other documents required by the embassy.

How long does it take to receive the invitation letter?
The invitation letter will be issued within one to three business days after we receive your request. Invitation letters will be issued upon confirmation of registration and payment of the registration fee.
