Conference program
This three-day event is designed to provide a comprehensive experience, combining in-person, cultural, and virtual interactions. We’ll gather at the venue on the first day for insightful presentations and networking opportunities. The second day offers a guided city tour, allowing participants to explore and connect in a relaxed setting. The third and final day is dedicated to virtual session, accessible to participants worldwide.

For in-person attendance on the conference date, please be informed that only registered attendees will be allowed to participate. Companions without prior registration will not be accepted.
Prerequisites for Joining Zoom Events
Zoom Desktop Client
- Windows: 5.8.6 or higher
- macOS: 5.8.6 or higher
Zoom Mobile Client
- iOS: 5.8.6 or higher
- Android: 5.8.6 or higher
- A Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education Zoom account is required.
How to Join a Zoom Event with a Direct Join Link for Speakers
- Sign in to your email account.
- Open the Zoom Event session invitation email in your inbox.
- The email will include the session details, event ticket, and a verification code.
- Click Join Session.
- Note: The direct join link is connected with the session assigned to you. Clicking the link will direct you to the session after verification.
- On the Enter Verification Code page, enter the verification code from your invitation email.
- Click Join.
Download the Zoom app before the event or follow the prompt to install it when you click the join link.
Access Zoom Events from the desktop client, mobile app, or event detail page.
